Job Sumary
The Sales Coordinator will support the Senior Account Manager in managing online retail accounts, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and operational tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote work environment.
Key Responsabilities
Account Support:
- Assist the Senior Account Manager in managing eCommerce accounts, including Amazon, Walmart.com, and other online retail platforms.
- Monitor and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Support the execution of promotions, campaigns, and pricing strategies.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and key metrics, preparing regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights to optimize eCommerce performance.
- Assist with forecasting and inventory planning to ensure availability and minimize stockouts.
Administrative and Operational Tasks:
- Manage item setup processes, including uploading and updating product information in retailer portals.
- Address and resolve issues related to missing images, item details, or discrepancies in retailer systems.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as a point of contact for eCommerce partners, addressing inquiries and providing timely support.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on eCommerce strategies.
- Assist in preparing presentations and materials for account meetings and business reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce sales support, account coordination, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart.com, or Shopify.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools; experience with analytics platforms is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Prefered Skills
- Experience in the entertainment, consumer goods, or retail industries.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO principles as they relate to eCommerce.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
